As part of my (not so grand) rise to my current role – I picked up the organisations involvement in the rise of the female talent pool in the organisation into management level positions. A colleague, who unfortunately is not a colleague any more (nothing bad honest) started the process for the organisation to supply Springboard training, which I inherited when I started in my new post – and I love it! There is a clear distinction between men and women – how we solve this – I couldn’t tell you, but the subject of the development of women in business environments has sparked an interest – The above link is an article in Management today – interesting and worth a read. But there still is no firm answer. Maybe I will use some of this space to explore this idea??!!
